すべての選手に試合に出る喜びを
選手であれば、誰もが試合に出たいと願います。どれだけ練習しても、その努力を発揮する場がなければ、スポーツの本当の楽しさを体験することはできません。
Knightsでは、試合に出て、改善点を見つけ、次に活かす──
そんなサイクルをすべての選手が経験できるよう、少人数の複数チームに分け、全体で年間約250試合以上を実施しています全ての選手が日常的にコートに立つことができ、挑戦し、成長し、笑顔とエネルギーにあふれる活動を過ごすことができます。
課題を見つけ、改善のために努力し、成長（成功体験）が実感できた選手は、学びと成長という行為の楽しさを心から楽しめるようになります。

The Joy of Playing for Every Player
Every player wants to step onto the court.
No matter how much you practice, if you don’t have a place to express that effort, you can never experience the true joy of sports.
At Knights, we ensure that every player goes through the cycle of playing games, identifying areas for improvement, and applying those lessons to the next opportunity.
To make this possible, we divide players into multiple small teams and conduct over 250 games annually as a club.
This structure allows every player to take the court regularly—
to challenge themselves, to grow, and to spend their days filled with energy, smiles, and meaningful experiences.
When players discover their challenges, work to overcome them, and truly feel their own improvement and success,
they begin to experience the genuine joy found in learning and growth itself.

Knightsの指導は、“変化を恐れない柔軟なマインド”を持つ若いコーチ陣によって支えられています。こだわりを持ちつつも、状況に応じて即座に判断・分析し、選手とチームにとって「今、最善の道」を選び続ける努力をしています。
カナダでのコーチ留学では、コーチングライセンスを取得。日本とカナダ、異なる文化や価値観を肌で感じながら、指導スタイルや選手との接し方について徹底的に学びました。
“日本らしさ”という強みも大切にしながら、個性を引き出し、戦うメンタリティを育てる。

Global Experience × Modern Basketball, Delivered with Flexible Coaching.
Knights’ coaching is supported by a young staff with a flexible mindset—one that embraces change rather than fears it.
While each coach has their own principles and standards, they continuously analyze situations, make quick decisions, and strive to choose “the best option in the moment” for both the players and the team.
During coaching studies in Canada, our staff obtained official coaching licenses and deeply immersed themselves in the contrasting cultures and values of Japan and Canada.
Through this experience, they learned extensively about coaching styles, communication, and how to build meaningful relationships with players.
While valuing the strengths of “Japanese qualities,” Knights coaches work to bring out each player’s individuality and foster a competitive, resilient mindset.
This is the essence of coaching at Knights.

Knightsのコーチ陣は、10代〜20代前半の若手で構成されています。元日本代表候補、インカレで日本制覇経験、Bリーグのユース出身、Knights U15卒業生など、それぞれが豊富な競技経験を持ち、活力に満ちたメンバーです。
だからこそ、選手との距離が近く、信頼関係も抜群。毎日の活動は、真剣勝負の中にも笑顔があふれています。若いからこその柔軟さと発想力を活かしながら、会話を恐れず、選手と本音で向き合い続ける。
年齢に負けず力強い姿勢とコーチング力で、他のどんな組織にも引けを取らない選手のサポート体制を築いています。

The Knights coaching staff is composed of young leaders in their late teens to early twenties.
Among them are former Japan national team candidates, collegiate champions, B.League youth program alumni, and Knights U15 graduates—each bringing strong competitive backgrounds and tremendous energy to the team.
Because of their age and experience, they maintain a close and natural connection with the players, building exceptional trust.
Daily practices are filled with intensity and focus, yet also with laughter and positivity.
With youthful flexibility and creativity, our coaches communicate openly and face players with honesty and sincerity.
Despite their age, their strength, professionalism, and coaching ability form a support system that rivals any organization.
They stand firmly beside each player, helping them grow both on and off the court.

Knightsには、選手の約3分の1がインターナショナルスクールに在籍。コートにはいつも英語が飛び交い、自然に「言葉」と「異文化」に触れながらプレーすることができます。
英語を“勉強”するのではなく、“使いながら身につける”環境。海外の価値観やメンタリティにも触れ、日本にいながら、世界を体感することができます。Knightsが目指すのは、プロ選手の育成だけではありません。

Learning English and Culture — Together Through Basketball.
At Knights, nearly one-third of our players attend international schools.
English is spoken naturally on the court, allowing players to be immersed in both the language and diverse cultures while they play.
Rather than “studying” English, players acquire it through use.
They are exposed to global perspectives and mentalities, experiencing the world even while living in Japan.
Knights’ mission is not limited to developing professional athletes.
In a world where the future is increasingly uncertain, we aim to nurture individuals who can thrive in society and carve out their own paths.
With English as a practical skill, the human qualities cultivated at Knights, and the confidence they gain through our program, we look forward to seeing our graduates take flight across the world.

There isn’t only one way to measure success.
Knights is committed to developing the “whole person.”
Unlike B Youth programs or general basketball schools, we operate as an original, independent team organization with our own identity.
Because of this, we never evaluate players based solely on basketball skills.
For example, we value qualities such as:

Leadership that guides the team in a unified direction

A positive presence that uplifts the team’s atmosphere
These “non-basketball abilities” are recognized as true talents, and our coaching approach is designed to nurture each player’s individuality.

By connecting with the community, players are exposed to diverse values and ways of life, gradually developing the ability to consider “what society needs” and “what roles they themselves can play.”
These experiences become the foundation of people skills—abilities that will support them in future careers and in life.
